Plum Blossoms of Chishakuin

FUJIFILM X-T20 1/280 second F/4.8 ISO 200 300 mm (35mm equiv.)

Chishakuin lies in the Higashiyama area and is easy to reach from Kyoto station. It's not popular with tourists despite the stunning plum blossoms that bloom there in early Spring. It's well-known for the friendliness of the monks there who always greet visitors with a "konichiwa". An ideal spot for a quiet meander.
