Tofukuji Temple is one of Kyoto’s oldest and most famous temples. It is renowned not only for its historical buildings, and the artistry of its gardens, but also for a deep ravine filled with maple trees that runs through the center of its grounds. The ravine, pictured here looks spectacular in Fall.
